Since the early 1990s, the PAS-ADD tools have been increasingly used for the assessment of mental health problems in adults with intellectual disabilities (ID). They are now widely used throughout the world.
The PAS-ADD Checklist is a questionnaire written in everyday language for use by care staff and families to identify potential mental health problems and to help decide whether a further assessment is needed. It is designed to record the presence of a range of problems, all of which may be part of a psychiatric condition.
The Moss Psychiatric Assessment Schedules (Moss-PAS) are the successors to this well-known PAS-ADD system. Click here to purchase the updated system.
