This training resource offers a range of professionals an introduction and framework to the issues, legislation and practice around working with people with learning disabilities and offending behaviour.
Written by a range of contributors from multidisciplinary backgrounds, this accessible resource provides invaluable background information and learning opportunities for all those working in forensic services for people with learning disabilities. The training material is organised into 12 modules, each supported by a chapter in the companion handbook. The training can be provided as stand-alone modules or as a comprehensive course, and is designed to be delivered by trainers and/or clinicians who have experience in providing forensic services to people with learning disabilities.
