Pavilion ELT Live! will give delegates the opportunity to:

Jacqueline Kassteen
Jacqueline Kassteen is a lateral thinker known for enabling others and creating opportunities around brand development and revenue generation. She has nearly 20 years of marketing experience in international education, student travel, publishing, lead generation, retail, and financial services. She holds a BSc in Marketing and CELTA qualifications for adults and young learners. Jackie is recognised as a “top industry analyst” with extensive breadth and depth of knowledge in international education, as evidenced by her launching ICEF Monitor. She has lived in 8 countries and worked as an intrapreneur across a variety of organisational sizes and structures. Now an entrepreneur, she started 2 companies in 14 months.
Via her first company Jackfruit Marketing, Jackie leads as a consultant and project manager helping others with branding, marketing techniques, social media, alumni engagement, recruitment agency usage, product development, analysis and research. She regularly gives training sessions, masterclasses and plenaries around the world for audiences as large as 1500 people. Her second venture, FruitFame.com, is the only platform dedicated to showcasing success stories in marketing, recruitment, enrolment and retention. It is a free, award winning resource enabling industry professionals to share best practices and examples of how to achieve success in international education.
