We at Pavilion feel that we have a duty of care to our customers. It has come to our attention that on Friday September 19th 2014, an Amsterdam court granted Swets & Zeitlinger Group BV a provisional freeze on payments to creditors.
It is our policy here at Pavilion to activate subscription orders only after payment is received is full. This applies to direct orders and also those received via a subscriptions agent such as Swets.
If your organisation is a Swets customer and has a renewal date approaching on one of our journals, you may therefore wish to renew the subscription directly with us.
