Through plenaries, workshops and an interactive debate, delegates will actively debate and deliberate how Skills for Care, employers and other organisations are engaging with the implementation of the Social Work Reform Board plan including the contribution that Skills for Care is making to social work development with NQSW.

The conference will also see the launch of the Social Care Institute for Excellence’s (SCIE) Newly Qualified Social Work tool. This exciting new online facility will give NQSWs unrivalled access to a range of resources to support them progress through Skills for Care’s NQSW Framework and beyond into practice.
