Workbook content This book has four parts: Part one tells you about good support Part two has ideas about how to train your PA Part three has five photo stories that you can read and use to get ideas Part four has notes for PAs, managers and trainers, including background policy DVD content The DVD shows real life clips that were made during the research project. It also shows some scenes from the past, which show bad support. You can watch the clips and talk about them, to think about good and bad support.
